MSG and Aspartame: Two dangerous flavorful poisons
Do you suffer from headaches,the inability to concentrate,brain tumors, or cancer? MSG and Aspartame poisoning in the body is probably responsible. I have listed a few symptons that have been linked to these two toxins but that list is drastically abbreviated for brevity sake. The sad thing about it is that these toxins are included into almost every "good tasting" food on your grocery store shelves. I can't help but wonder why these additives are allowed into our foods but then again "Money answereth all things!"
I could set her and write a long article on this subject but I will post a few clips that I think do a great job of explaining the issues in detail. One is a quick video from one of my youtube posts and the second is a movie entitled

The P90X Journey- Phase 2
Ok, I haven't been updating this thing like I first planned. I weighed myself about a week or two ago and I was at 207lbs. I think the protein shakes are leading me to gain weight and not lose. I am getting stronger not by leaps and bounds but by subtle changes. 2 extra reps here, 3-4 extra there. I believe I am in week 7 right now. I missed a few workouts last week so I will repeat this week again just to get a good week in. I work 10-12 hours a day so I don't stick to the diet much, however I do drink alot of water and try to keep the protein bars, and nuts around while I'm at work. Honestly, once the stomach sheds a bit of fat I will be pretty pleased. I have the outline of a sixpack but not the definition just yet. I have also started a two week detox to get rid of some of the junk in my body so hopefully that can shred a few lbs of fecal matter as well. If your on the p90x journey stay with it, nothing comes easy. You see inches before you see pounds. This is about being healthier, stronger, and more fit. Not just about trying to be sexy!
I'll try to start posting more pics, once I get a little better with photoshop. In my opinion, pictures are a better truth serum than the scale is.
